The programme is steered by a team of organisations consisting of Kuratorium für Verkehrssicherheit KfV in Vienna, ULSS 20 in Verona, and the Consumer Safety Institute in Amsterdam, and is led by the Austrian Kuratorium für Verkehrssicherheit.
