The main deliverables of the Working Group are listed below and are available in the Knowledge base of the main EuroSafe website.
- main definitions and a framework for risk assessment of non-food consumer products;
- a knowledge base for others who aim at producing practical methods of risk assessment;
- an inventory of the principles underlying risk assessment, in particular for product design and post market monitoring;
- links to guidelines for producers, importers, retailers, enforcers and consumer organisations on how to apply these principles in practice;
- suggestions about what type of information can be used in each step.
- a first inventory of practical tools that are often used in risk assessment, such as risk matrices. This is a living document which includes remarks based on practical experience with several of the methods.
